Here is the top plate, the small black dot is an carb pulse hole (I think), and the larger black circle is the large carb bore diameter location. The front screws were made with flat, counter-sunk pieces because the large carb will actually be over them (with a gasket).
Here's a shot of them mocked all together, the blind tapped holes have already been drilled.
The reason for the separate top plate ?
The large carb bore and air/fuel slot locations do not line up directly in line with the cylinder head. The "intake manifold" will need to be bored at a slight angle.
