Hub and motor alignment

I'm going to mount a 80cc 119.99 ebay motor on my norco bush pilot. What I want to know is can I use the same style hub as my brother has on his specialized freestyle (It has provisions for both left and right hand drive) as I'm not to impressed with the rubber doughnut sprocket that comes with the kit. I'm fairly certain it has the proper direction threads so it wont spin off. Is the Chain a standard bike chain? If not does someone make rear sprockets for it? Will I have alignment problems and have to modify the engine mounts?
