I need some sodering advice

Did you know that flux core is made from Pine tar? Helps to keep the moisture from the soldered joint but the acid core now has a water base and causes the joint to tarnish and rust. They also say to clean it up with warm water and a little detergent to help the acids to dillute making then less corrosive.
And Who wants a rusty jointed MBc?
