Hey everyone, I just bought a 49 cc starfire kit from Mike at simpsonmotorbikes.com. He is a wealth of helpful information, and I wanted to say thank you and give him my reccomendation
Read what he says on getting the license plate in california, and keep it simple like he says...
Just fill out the paperwork, and everything goes just fine
