I wish I had some of those, normal nuts are a pain to get on the stud.

My kits are all m8 for head and engine mount, I use them on exhaust studs to pull a little heat away too, and make it hold better. Exhaust studs are m6. More threads on the stud, more hold power, less chance it will loosen.
