Multispeed solution?

I (so far) like to have the drive trains independent. And I (so far) don't do HT.

ghost is there a build page of that thing up somewhere??? that is a VERY slick setup, can't beleive i haven't seen it before. You should sell plans.

It *is* an amazing setup if you've got a Happy Time. Whoever came up with the idea is a friggin' crazy madman genius.

If you want to go stock speed in high gear and have the low gear for serious hills then replace the 12t input sprocket with a 24t and leave the output 12t/24t sprockets as they are.
