My new Toy - Rad Rover 5 Fat Tire E Bike

Riding Rover down this dirt road thru the foothills toady.
To get to the top, on the other side is a paved road and there's a 1 mile hill to climb, But with Rover in PAS 5 it's a piece of 🍰
Once on top it's all down hill for awhile and it's really easy to get carried away and go too fast.

Once down the hill the (trail) road thru the fire break is nice as it winds along the hills

Rear view of the foot hills and how I came down. Road is getting better and I'm able to go faster

The fire break trail turns into a rolling road up and down small hills. In Pas 5 @ 20 to 25 mph it's exciting

These roads and trails loops up back around 10 miles to where I started. So of course I had to do this twice. (y)

It wouldn't be fair mines faster than yours lol. Mines been in a few wrecks already but I keep straightening it out and I think I'm on my 3rd right side pedal lol. Broke 2 rear rear racks (they don't make good wheelie bars). My front rim still wobbles a little but she'll still go. That's why they invented disc brakes right? So I can ride with a bent rim?

It's been hot so I've been riding the dry lake bed at night. ( 8 miles from my house) Theses dirt roads are sandy so the bike can get kinda loose in the sand. But it's alot of fun riding at 15 to 25 mph.
The dirt (sand) roads in the dry lake bed really don't go any where they just go around in circles, crisscross and go for miles in one direction then go for miles in the other direction It's a maze of dirt roads. It's kinda cool being out in the middle of no where at night.

After the sun goes down with a 1/4 Moon hanging low in the sky, it's pitch black out. Very Peaceful

I'm really glad I got an extra battery. Without it I would be killing myself trying to extend the range of 1 battery.
I have two 48v 14ah batteries

I keep the extra battery in my saddle bag

I use the throttle 75% of the time. My speed varies depending on the terrain.

Averaging 25 miles per battery, I have never yet run a battery completely down
I run out of power before Rover does  which is what I wanted in an all terrain E bike
3 - 5 hours of riding Rover on trails, dirt and paved roads is a full days ride for me. 😅

Following this old road along the river bed takes me from my house in Murrieta to the next town Temecula.
When I came back it was past 9pm It's a trip riding back her at night
The road might not look too bad in the pics but believe me, in spots it's really rough with Car swallowing holes.
I'll be using it regularly
