Need help with bolt

Bolt snapped near cylinder and don’t know how to remove it help needed asap because I’m being my bike in a trip with me in 2 days

Can you borrow one? If not one of the other memebers will chime in on what to do

You need an easy out.

Drill a small hole first to get easy out to thread in and remove stud.

OR, cut a slot in it cross ways to the port and use a flat screwdriver. A high speed rotary tool is best.

Bring it over to my place, I'll get it out for ya

If the first 2 things Chain suggested don't work
Drill and tap a hole for a smaller screw/ bolt, Then JB weld that screw/ bolt in the hole
When The JB weld dries you can unscrew the broken bolt

It's only a short 3000 mile drive for ya to get to Wrench's house...Just another day trip...lol...lol.

You could try to chase it out with a sharp centre punch. First, tap the punch straight in near the edge of the bolt. Second, put the punch at about 45 degrees in the mark you made and tap away. With some luck and a steady hand you may get it to turn.
