Hi my name is joseph douglas and i used to have a 49cc motorized bicycle until a volusia county cop told me that they cant be ridden on the roads. i am starting a petititon in florida to make them either street legal or be able to get them registered legally. We cannot allow a bunch of overprivileged old farts push us around anyone. Ill post the link in the appropriate thread> But know I got your backs and ill fight like **** for you all!

Welcome to the forum. Gas bikes are technically illegal on the streets in Texas also. It is selectively enforced here.
You need a plan until that legislation is passed. Some members have attempted to hide or camoflauge their their gas motors. You can do a search on those posts.
