Good looking Whizzer, I've always liked the maroon paint. It appears to be a WC-1, so considering the cylinder conversion work that will need to be done it's a fair price.
Might be a "rare" NE5. The earlier 2001 maroon [totally different shade] had yellow on the fender tips and yellow lettering on the tank. The limited NE5 maroon was almost brown. The turn signals look to be the earlier plastic [chrome painted] version, and don't plan on finding certain replacement parts when needed [and you will most likely need the pods when the snap off]. The pods can be replaced with a different type if needed.
If it is a NE5, you will need a set of mushroom lifters, and if the clutch is automatic you will need it rebuilt with a Rockwell 58 rated bearing sleeve.
