Ram Motor 80cc Carb Promblems

Hello, i recently bought the silver 80cc complete engine kit for my bike. Every once in a while, a small hole in the carb under the air filter on the top right leaks gas immediately after the petcock is turned in the on position, and once the petcock is turned off, the gas leak then stops. I dont know what the problem is, so if you could please help me thatd be great, any suggestions are good.

Hey sk8er, my old carb 09 alwaysed leaked. but my new 2011 CNS carb is good but always turn petcock off when not in use.
