one can poke two tiny holes in nylon on either side of cable then pass a bit of safety wire thru to kind of sew the cable to the nylon tube

So kinda like sew around the plastic cable joint for throttle cable around the plastic circular grip.... I see.
Hopefully it will throttle right tomorrow... Gonna put 20 miles on it... Excited. Runs so smooth except throttle feels slow to retract. But should be fine.
