stalling and idling very high

hello all..ive got a couple of 50cc motored bikes..one just keeps stalling when i come to a stop...the other one revs up high when its idling,,i adjusted the ide and it seems to do nothing. Any ide what could be wrong? maybe a vaccum leak at the intake ?

Bike #1, sounds like clutch is NOT disengaging....#2take carb off and look into air intake end...see if slide is going to the bottom when throttle is released.
