Starting j engine pedeling

Any help for making starting any easier .Very difficult to pedal to start. Compression release used but really hard to pedal even with clutch applied. Any tricks or problem solvers.

Clutch applied, try pedaling with the clutch held in then when your up to speed let the clutch engage and see what happens.

your compression is obviously too high
