Scraping noise when trying to start 2007 NE5

Turns out it is the belt slipping on the rear wheel hub, making the squealing noise. I increased the spring tension on the pulley and pulled the wheel back as far as it could go. The noise is gone. Thanks for the great input. Much appreciated!

New belts, would be a good Idea
