Ok. I have an Anbul 100. I ran liked a raped ape. Hit 38 MPH a couple of times. And then something happened? It will pull to 24 Mph the drop down to 22Mph. And keep doing it. Doesnt matter if it's full throttle or half throttle. I went down a couple jets and went up a couple jet. So I bought a new carb. Same issue. So I bought a pipe hoping to get to get the access exhaust out. Any ideas?

I second that. Although you should notice if the compression is low just by feel when you're starting it.

Around 100 psi I believe.

Its starts good. And has good lower end power. Just when I hit 24 mph. It falls on its face

Check your fuel lines and make sure it's not getting pinched or bent too much. I had that issues once... fuel wasn't flowing properly.
