Where is it leaking from?
Motor mount is also a problem, it does not fit the frame tube as you can see by the gap...Thats going to be problematic.

its mounted everywhere else nicely i did this so the chain would not run anywhere
Just wait till that motor shifts on ya then due to that mount, your chain will run everywhere that you don't want it to...Along with everything else...lol.

Don't give up yet Kasp. Do some reading, listen to what folks here have to say and you should be ok.
You will learn a lot about small motors and how to make them work on a bike.
After some time of messing with it, you find you don't really like it, well fair enough but give it a chance.
