What motor do I have

I don't see any writing on the outside of the carburetor. Is the writing on the inside or the outside?
Most generic kits come with an NT carburetor. They don't all have markings on them, or will have some Chinese characters on the body near the cap for the throttle slide. Sometimes they will say "speed" in an amusingly un-ironic way. They all have the black skull looking air cleaner/intake on them, and look like this guy. https://www.amazon.com/Engine-Carbu...ocphy=9024585&hvtargid=pla-570214919678&psc=1

Then you have the newest, slightly improved/upgraded NT carburetor starting to come in some of the "higher end" kit with improved parts. Generically called the BoFeng. These come in 2 flavors, but are more or less the same. Just a beefed up version of the NT with thicker castings that utilize a different style of jet. They also say BoFeng right on the side of the carb body near the cap plain as day. Example: https://www.amazon.com/JRL-Carburet...QY9cAyU52-3SjwxxmIDQd1JHS9RL_W2IaAjAKEALw_wcB

Most of the Bofengs that come in a kit have a red air cleaner, like this example.

Amusingly, there are vendors now trying to pass off cheap knock off versions of the Bofeng that have the red air cleaner, but the thinner casting like the NT carbs use. Unsure of the jet style on them, however.

There is nothing wrong with the NT carbs other than suffering from being cheap. If I had the option to choose I would go with the JRL Bofeng every single time. It's a decent solid little carburetor.

Both of my bofengs came with the black skull cover. The NT that came with my first kit came with the red cover. The bofengs both say bofeng on the side and the NT has Chinese writing on the side

Mine is the JRL carburetor. The second one you listed. Can you send me a link to a jet kit?

Also, one thing the JRL BoFeng has that the basic NT does not is an emulsifier tube built into it as well.
