Which small engines (under 4 horsepower) are CARB certified for on highway usage?

Whizzer did come with a sticker on the Muffler. I remember it said something about emissions but I forget exactly what it said.
I scraped it off the first day I got the Bike.
I'm sure if ya search long enough on line you'll find a pic somewhere, All the Whizzer M/B info is still out there.
Even though Whizzer USA don't sell M/Bs since 2009 You can still call and talk with the CEO of Whizzer M/B Debbie @ 877-944-9937

87Octane you have posted the M/B rules for CA. several time. You should understand what it takes to ride a M/B on the streets of CA. legally
The fact is you can build a motorbike however you want and use any engine ya want.
As long as ya register it as a M/B, Moped or M/C you can ride it legally on the streets of CA.

Put a flash light on it and use Hand signals
If I had a Flyer It would look like a Cruiser and I think I would install nice lights.
Heres a perfect lighting set to use, (See the video of it in action on the purchase site).
It even has a built in horn with quite a few different choices to blast...lol.

I have similar light to that and has speedo built in. I don't use the speedo though, I don't usually go faster than the traffic.
