Oh right the thing sticking out horizontally from the main fat vertical tube on the carb (the one that connects to the fuel filter). got it.
I've decided I'm going to put on the new throttle and kill switch and carb too.
I think that the electricals like the magneto and the CDI are fine since there are continuous sparks whenever I decide take out the spark plug and place it next to the engine while rotating the back wheel
