Cool. Could you give us some real close-up pics of your mid-gearing setup? I want to do something to get some ultra high gears on my trike, and something like what you've done might get it for me.

All my gearing so far, lean to the 'granny-low' side.
My pedal chain run is so long.....rather than putting idlers in there... I am thinking of another hub & cluster. this would give me a crazy amount of gears. (with the other mid-drive, I think I can point it toward pedal assist at 'highway' speeds.)
tracks really straight.....handles good, but I've only gone maybe 6 mph.
here's some pics of my drivetrain.... I am using a 3-speed hub for a jackshaft.
the 1st few pics (of the jackshaft) were taken while the tad was downsideup on the table.
I'm getting really close to a test-ride.
Have a look & let me know what ya think.

I rode that sucker!!!!
it was dark....hahaha
I have about a block of brand new 5' sidewalk...... no neighbors.... so I tore it up!!
then there's the side street..... one block long...... tore that up too!!
I did about 7 blocks.... had to pedal the last 1/2 block home. primary chain came off. (jackshaft slipped in the drop outs)
no worries
I'm still GRINNING !!!!!!
I don't have the shifter set up on my jackshaft, yet.... so I am stuck in 1st gear.
The clutch kicks in quick & it pulls really good!!
can't wait to check out 2nd gear!!!
