Some of the problems with the WC-1'S cylinders are that people lean out the carb to much, causing the motor to run hot, better to run rich. Cooler.
With the valve seats, some weren't pressed in right, therefore causing them to come loose even without any mods. I have over sizes valve seats, or Fred will just make up new ones like if I want a 24mm intake valve or the 26mm intake valve.
Don't shave off more than 40 thousands from the head, anymore you'll develop a hair line crack next to the spark plug hole.
