309cc two stroke? bad idea?

Um, heavy comes to mind. I remember guys putting V-8's into Chevy Luv pickups and twisting the frame the first time they romped on the throttle. they looked kinda funny with one front wheel no longer able to reach the ground.

I've heard some cold weather engines especially 2-strokes (snow blower, snow mobile etc.) aren't designed to run at summer temps. They will over-heat in normal use if you try. FYI, I heard this from a Briggs and Stratton rep decades ago when I worked on small motors.
