Shifter kits HELP!

Alright my friends here.I,m in process of putting to gether my next build.I know NOTHING about shifter
kits.I see there is the standard & HD from slick bikes.It it worth the diferance in price, to buy the HD?

I bought the White Industries HD freewheel for cranks that SBP sells. I have never had to worry with it or give it any maintenece. It might be overkill, you might be ok with just the standard freewheel for cranks.
