what do people want, a letter of conformation directly from the head of the EPA confirming compliance? I suppose no matter how good a happy time will be it will never be good enough for some.

I'm working on scanning these doc's in then let it be known these are EPA, as far as the rest of the vendors I have no clue but I can tell you that we are compliant.

just put the little piece of paper in the box when the kit is shipped is all im saying! bicycle-engines.com has done a great thing with happytime evolution , 48cc & cathalitic converter is a giant leap in the right direction & they should be comended for there efforts! somebodys been paying attention & im greatfull for it! yes im a happy time owner too, & am very excited to see these developments!! rock on motoredbikers!

Sounds like all of the other EPA ok HappyTimes. Same as the not ok ones!

Well its a catch twenty two. You have some who swear its only for OHV but since I moved to Vegas with the moped craze at an all time high. Its been narrowed down to highway riding being a Strong NO. So public streets A-ok Highway riding Ok if you have a rocket and And a death wish. But in all legality its better to ride Safe or be ready for the consequences.

Me and me bro did a lot of reading on this subject and we found that the only EPA ban is for DIRECT IMPORT from China. So if you buy your little 2 stroke from someone in another country besides China you're within the legal limits.
If someone has found something different please speak up, otherwise it is all just hot air you're blowing.

Honestly you couldn't be more correct. Its a waste of a perfectly good tree to produce this Document to the coppers but who am I to argue when it keeps my baby in my possession?
