2 spark plugs

I've seen cylinder heads with 2 spark plug holes. Anyone ever use one of those? Do they make a cdi with 2 plug wires? Would you need 2 cdis? How would that work?

You got it. 2 CDIs and 2 plugs. Or, a compression relief valve. Or, just plug the hole.
