My 4G box the 100t pulley cracked all the way around it had a 11t out drive and inside I have 20t coming off the clutch mated to a 100t and 11t out side I have 44t sprocket on my 26" rim I want better torque and lol ess top end any suggestions on a good converter and how should it be geared

Didn't see this thread, OP had a similar one where I had posted what was perhaps received as a wall of text (I post from PC), basically saying same thing. He needs hillclimbing out of his Huasheng. That takes gear reduction, lots of it. 56T would work nice, I think.

44T - VS - 56T 100T4G-26.jpg

Idle is ~7MPH, powerband is 14-28MPH with a 44T.

With a 56T, idle is ~5.5MPH, powerband is 11-22MPH. 25MPH is maximum constant speed I'd recommend with it.

I have some experience hillclimbing with a Huasheng, live near the Sierra Nevada foothills. This is my first gear (Sturmey X-RD5w)

One can never have too much reduction for hills!
