Another Mb Engine Option?

Found this set up. They say its complete. Theres a lot of MOD guys here. I think it would work. They have a 44cc big bore kit also. I snooped around and found a better photo on the site.

It looks like that engine set up could be used as a v frame or rackmount with a bit of thinking. I wonder what kind of mileage that little engine would get on a bike.
