Haven't had much luck with wired speedo comps when engine is running. Thinking wireless speedo comps may have the same readout issues as well. So it looks like an analog speedo would resolve these electrical interference issues.
Download a speedo-meter app for your smartphone (everyone has them) mines accurate up to 10 ft on a cloudy day.
I have also tested its accuracy and its only ever off by .5-1 mph and on a clear day its almost dead on i use it to record my route, max speed, average speed, time, 0-30-40-50 mph timer, and lots more its very useful in tuning these bikes 2 stroke and 4 stroke.
Just buy yourself a handle bar mount for your phone get a little portable power bank and your set

Definitely. You could record their miles. I would love to know the total miles I've cycled in my whole life.
Might need to calculate for a different wheel size, of course.
That thing is cool! Where did you find it? The only analog ones I can find are cheap plastic ones on Amazon, but they aren't accurate and they fail quickly.
