I wouldn't send them money if the site was working properly, they are scoundrels, very shady over there, maybe Karma catching up with them.

Last couple transactions were ok, slow but acceptable shipping, watch the prices! sometimes they are the best deal, other times they are a rip-off.

Customer service for a scratched bike was average, offered a return or a small refund. Turn around 3 days during the week before Christmas.

Overall, average experience, avoid if you need very fast shipping.
