cag motor install help

I was wondering what kind of work is involved getting a cag motor to work on a bike. I want a bike that can go 40~, and already made a bike with the thatsdax 67cc engine. I would like to use a shifter kit with the cag, but I read somewhere about a 3:1 gear reduction that the cag doesnt have? what can I do to adapt it, and will it still be able to use the sbp shifter kit?

Read thru this thread as this guy has done several builds that put his bikes out there on the cutting edge of the speeds you are talking about. I know its not actually a Cag motor but it is similar and the build would be similar.http://www.motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=17961
