crank problem

Well my first build is just about finished but the problem i now have is the crank hits the muffler its a 6 1/2 inch long x 5 i/2 inch wide twisted chrome crank--Skyhawk 66 motor. ready for gas if i can get this one solved ---thanks for all the building help so far
