Super Hawk R80 or maybe a Super rat.

This one has been cleaned up ready for some paint
Matched transfer ports and polishing exhaust
All rough edges knife edged and burrs cleaned up

This will be the cylinder I will use

I will check ports and the differences once new bearings are received and bottom end back together

Just in case people are wanting a bit of a visual diffence

Another from Kings both nicer quality
shallower dish
Our kitchen scales have died so can't weigh them ATM

I've found that just buying from EvilBay, the difference in "stock" slant heads is ridiculous. Some have a nice squish band machined, some have nothing, and some have in between.. It's like a lucky dip..!

Ordered 3 heads from the same vendor in the same order and received 3 different heads:confused: As for barrels......

With the king's heads I have cc'd them and the round top head is 8cc. The head with the fins that converge at the center is 6cc. So if you are planning on using the solder trick to adjust the squish gap just realize that the 6cc head is going to have very high compression while the 8cc head will range close to stock. Don't know about the Aussie head. Kings caries one that looks like it from the top and comes in at 8cc, but the chamber on the Aussie looks diff.
