Disc brake questions

I think it has to do with my adapter . I've tried all techniques above still rubbing not bad at all but if I spin wheel it won't keep going to it's heavy side is on bottom

The brakes just need to be backed off to where it just barely lets the wheel freely run until you just barely squeeze the brake lever and it will stop...Just keep readjusting back and forth till you find the "sweet spot" is all.

Does it matter if useing a clutch lever as a brake lever? I assume a lever is a lever

It's weird i loose cable tension a bit to wheel spins freely .but then it stop wheel when I apply brakes . No sweet spot . Well I'm going to get some rest in the am maybe my mind will help me lol

Then whats the problem then???...Its supposed to spin freely amd its supposed to stop when you apply the brakes...it really is that simple...lol.

What I would do then is ask a friend or a bike shop to help you out on the mechanical aspects of how to adjust a bicycle disk brake caliper properly then.

In order to run one of these bikes long term, you really need to know basic mechanics of how things work and why.

I'm doing it right I'm starting to think cable is stressing.

My life has been weird I googled. A uncle I have not seen in 20 years . And found out his funeral was 2 days ago . Wierd timing
