I've never seen a crank marked CY. check your piston instead, is the hole closer to the bottom or about dead center?

I rarely put a top end on a customer's bike because without taking the whole thing apart to check for misc. debris in the bearings, there's no way to tell if it will last (& that extra labor price adds up) - I usually recommend dropping in a new motor for $100 bucks & be good to go.
