I was riding along today and all the sudden the engine would rev but the bike would not go.
I pulled over and took a look. The chain was still attached with the sprocket hanging loose behind the cover. The nut was still there. I took the clutch cover off... And tightened it back up. It stayed tight long enough to get the engine running but then was spending freely again.
It tightened up a couple times since then... And always it stays tight long enough to start the engine and then is loose again
