Hello, I'm from Cali. I purchased a motorized bicycle from a friend. I checked and tested the electrical parts magneto,plug wires,etc. Ran for a bit and can't start now.with plug out to test spark when I turn back wheel at a slow steady speed no spark but when I really turn it fast I finally get spark, Iwould think there would be spark no matter how fast iI spin the wheel, can someone help me out

Hmm....it does sound kinda strange. Unless, perhaps, the trouble is that your spark is weak at all speeds.

I'm not having any other ideas at the moment. But I'll give it some thought. And others will come along with suggestions.
