Engine Trouble HELP - 2 stroke 66/80cc engine stops when I pedal?

I got a 2 stroke 66/80cc engine on my bike it pretty much new but when i pedal to go start it, it just slowly stops no sound from the engine. I thought it was my clutch pads so I replaced them then I replaced my clutch arm and it still slides to a stop with nothing from the engine. I don't know what could be wrong can you help me cause I am clueless?

Have you set the flower nut on the clutch plate?


Theres also a clutch preload nut under the clutch guide. We will get to that in a min. First i need to know your clutch adjustment procedure. So i know where we need to go next to get ya on the road.
