Huffy Chain Saw

Hmmm. Next engineering problem. Chain sawing thru the sidewall off my tire on my Huffy Cranbrook. Has anyone done a work-around for that one?

On the optimistic side of this problem, as in possible easy fix, my wheel is a bit out of true, and it seems to be hitting the chain as it wobbles. I have a new, upgraded wheel assembly going on it this week. We'll see how that does. Next, if it's still rubbing, is maybe a narrower tire? I don't know if you can put a narrower tire on the rim. It'll have a 26 x 2.125 to start with. I think it'll be ok if it's true, but a bit more clearance would be nice.

Adjust the axel so the tire rides away from the chain, You might dogtail abit but.......

New wheel, new tire.... FIXED IT! The wobble was the problem, 100%.

When I first entered your thread, I thought it would be about a chainsaw-powered bike LOL.
