Welcome aboard. Strange how getting hooked works. When I built my first one and got most of the bugs out, I took my wife and the bike to an empty parking lot. After much squirming, she finely decided to try a ride. One lap and she's back at the car saying lets go home. When I ask why, she replied, "so you can order a motor for me".
