Pics are here!

I took it on a 6 mile ride today, taking 18 minutes and 2 seconds. That is just about 20 MPH. The numbers are off because I did not stop my watch during a break that I took. The motor is an eh035 friction drive kit from Staton Inc. Total cost including shipping as seen here, $430.

Here are some pics.

You can see below that I painted every part Camo Tan so I can hide in the desert and sneak up on the commies.

Here is a close up of the motor. The basket contains my chain and lock. It is open on one side because I am going to put a fuel tank in there that fits better like that. There is a small lip if I want to carry cargo.

Here is the motor again, from a different angle.

These are the control switches. The red toggle switch is used to kill the motor. The lever on the right side where the thumb goes is the throttle.

Here is a view of the non motor side, because I was unable to find one when I was deciding on if I was going to get a motor.

This is the view Lance Armstrong has.

thats a sweet looking bike! Mine is almost done and looks very similar, only black. Whats your weight and top speed?

65cc Happytime on a Schwinn Jaguar. Paid $430 for the bike and motor already installed. And I agree: 6.5 is a bit much, but to each his/her own, man!

huh

Nice, I'm not sure about the color but it looks like a fun ride.
Shouldn't this be in the picture gallery though?

rockon dude!

You went to a lot of effort putting up this post and I love looking at bike pics
so why did you screw it up by using postage size pics?

I feel cheated and by the way you paid too much, you would have saved $30 to $40 if you bought it on eBay

Full size photos can be seen here.

197lbs, + 12 Lbs cargo. Max 220 lbs weight.
20 Mph average speed, 23 top speed.

I think I am going to have to go to a different drive bar for higher speed.

Having someone available for service is nice. For my second bike I'll be looking into ebay. Thanks anyways : )

Nice looking bike. I've been thinking of doing similar with flat black. Does the motor take and keep its paint well?

Krylon fusion works wonders on plastic without any prep work. Just clean, spray and let dry.
