Hey everyone, here's my obligatory intro:
I've had a thing for two wheeled vehicles ever since I got a mini-bike when I was 10 or 11 (1984? can't remember...
). I then graduated to a Batuvus moped, then Triumph motorcycles, then onto Harleys......then back down to a bicycle.
I was bored one day and stumbled upon a "weed eater" bike on the internet, thought it was kinda cool so I tried it for myself. I have a Target mountain bike and a weed wacker so I spent a weekend on it and here's my creation:
Friction drive. Not real fast but fun. Isn't that what it's all about?
