Yd100 reeds and 21 mm oko dirt bike pipe the bike idles fine until I put a heavy load on full throttle top speed runs the problem I'm having is when I come off full throttle engine revs really high for about 20 seconds only does it with hard runs any suggestions please??

Did to carburetor cleaner trick to check for air leaks no signs starts and idles fine just does it after a heavy load..Have a velocity stack slide seems to close just fine... Running rich on the pilot jet size 45 and idle screw turn out 3 turns

Try stretching the spring on the slide, help it close the throat.

I had a problem kind of like this with my 80cc. Switching my stock plug to a NGK plug seems like it fixed it for me for some reason.

Yes that could be Ktm's issue too. Those stock plugs can be bad or great, they have no consistency.
Ideally, they should have been B6HS...you wound up getting plugs that are two full heat ranges colder than the recommended heat range for these China Girls...DAMIEN

Unless your fouling plugs an 8 or even 9 ngk is perfect. If your mixing junk oil at 16:1 and running too large of a jet i could see running a plug in the 6 range.
