A little question (plug)leaks a little fuel I don't want to tighten it to much, can I put some kind of washer with the regular washer or will that raise my plug up to far out of combustion chamber?

Oldschool racers would use 1/4 turn washers to make the gap aim towards the exhaust port.
It's called indexing the plug and done usualy with different thickness of spacer.I used to buy kits with the spacers marked for how much of a turn was needed! Now I just squish washers in the press or flat sand them if more is needed!

when properly tightened, the compression washer attached to the plug should seal it OK - take a look at surface of head around the hole to be sure it is flat & smooth

I have found that in the heads that have a slight leak changing the plug didn't help, so I don't think adding another washer would either. Possibly a poor mating surface. Possibly mating surface is not square to threads.
