Power goes flat past 2/3 throttle (pacemaker 2)

Advanced the timing one tooth per the picture and what a differance! Rode 30 miles and noticed a huge increase up hills and just smoother acceleration all around. Still feels like I should get a little more top end but I think I will wait awhile before making any more changes as hearing about the possibility of over heating when removing the restrictor makes me nervous. What is the average top speed with a stock wc1? I am getting 28 to 30 wide open on flats (which is fine by me, just courious).Thanx again for the help!

Ther speeds you are getting with the restrictor in place are pretty good, actually. The restrictor was meant to keep top speeds at or around 25mph to comply with moped regs in a number of states. Don't remove the restrictor, but open up the inside diameter to match that of the intake and you should see even better performance.
