So I was searching for parts in this website and I came a cross this crankcase scavenging block for $150 claims you can make up to 10hp what are your opinion in the matter.

looks like one of the arrow motors - not sure about their HP rating, but folks have always said they were fast - haven't looked at their site in a while, but they used to have three models from about $700 to about $1200
