Man you are having bad luck? What happened to gouge it like that?

I'm at a loss how that even happened, obviously it was loose debris in the engine, but for gouging that deep it's remarkable it even ran long enough to sustain that damage.

I would need more and clearer pictures to figure out what happened there. Something definitely broke off or came loose. If both tangs are on the wrist pin clips, I would think maybe a piston ring pin came loose or possibly one of the rings snagged on the transfer and broke off.

New cases are cheap, but it's basically a full rebuild to swap them out.

How complicated of a job to swap them out? Ive already purchace the helicoil I just thought I might could open up the crankcase to make sure all the debris is out before I put anothe cylinder on it.

Duke preformance coated or something like that. I ordered a ms460 hyway piston and another phantom 85 cylinder. If anybody can tell from the picture how nit to do that again please let me know. Thevonly thing I know was wring for sure was one of the head studs striped out and I couldnt torque it properly oh and if revved up really high so I come to a stop still reving high I was trying to turn down the Idle but i guess I took to long then I heard a noise and I shut it off.
