Question about vendor??

I am curious. I noticed on Staton-inc website that a kit was available for the Worksman PAV3 trike that fits under the seat and retains all functions of the original design. I called them more than once, but am unable to contact them.

Is this company still in business (reliably) and what is the best method to receive info???

I’ve ordered parts from Staton for many years.
Most times, all goes well.

I’m waiting on my $260 order since Oct.24th.

He claims his shop was hit by an ice storm and apologized for the delay.

Then he claimed one of my gears needed machining.

I email him, no response.

Still waiting for my parts.

Took a week for me to get email response, I asked about substituting cnc clutch drum in a friction drive kit.,
