Schwinn Panther (newer model)

Anyone built a motor-bike with a newer model Schwinn Panther? (Black/aluminum/1989-2001, I think)
Saw one for sale this weekend...love it.
The bike looks like a motorcycle without a motor.

I have seen a few built. They do look great. I may trade for one this week , w/o motor. Not sure what I will do with it since I don't use Chinese in-frame kits. This one is red & chrome
