I put string from the sproket to where the chain sits in the engine and it looks a little close to the wheel. The sprocket pads are way thicker on the inside of the spokes. So is there a way to bolt the sproket so the pads are more even or more thick on the outside? Im also missing a bolt for one of the sprockets cuz it broke but bought new one so will put that in. (Also wondering if you need all the bolts anyway, im guessing they will just come looser quicker with riding it and will need to be tightened more often)

First make sure that your sprocket is tightened in the proper fashion with the rag joint as outlined in these instructions from a manual I have.

I also recommend replacing the cheap "Chinesium" crap bolts that come with that kit was some better quality ones from the hardware store that won't strip out so easily...Follow those instructions and do NOT over tighten, there needs to be some "give" in that rag joint it is bolted to as explained in the instructions in post above.
